These Terms & Conditions explain how the promotion operates and who is eligible to enter.

Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Ashwood & Associates Real Estate ("the Promoter").

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences on 15 July 2026 and closes at the close of business on 14 December 2026.

3. Eligibility
To be eligible for entry into this promotion:
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be the legal owner (or owners) of the property being sold.
• You must sign an Exclusive Authority with Ashwood & Associates Real Estate on or after 15 July 2026.
• The property must be located within the areas serviced by Ashwood & Associates Real Estate.
• The Contract of Sale must become unconditional on or before 14 December 2026.
• Employees of Ashwood & Associates Real Estate and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this promotion.

4. Entry
Eligible entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw for each eligible property sale.
No entry form or additional registration is required.

5. Multiple Property Owners
Where a property is owned by more than one person, the registered owners will be regarded as one (1) entrant.
If the winning property has multiple registered owners, the prize will be paid jointly to those owners unless all registered owners provide written instructions directing the payment to one nominated owner.

6. Prize
There is one (1) prize consisting of:
$10,000 AUD
The prize will be paid by electronic funds transfer into the winner's nominated Australian bank account within 28 days of the prize draw.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for any other goods or services.

7. Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place on 16 December 2026 at a venue nominated by Ashwood & Associates Real Estate.
Attendance at the draw is not required.
The winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the draw.

8. Publication of Winner
The winner's first name, surname and suburb (or any details required by applicable law) will be published under the Competition tab on the Ashwood & Associates website for a minimum period of 28 days.

9. General Conditions
Ashwood & Associates Real Estate reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
If, for any reason, this promotion cannot proceed as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
